The Man With No Name is a character most famously portrayed by Clint Eastwood in Sergio Leone's "Dollars Trilogy" of Spaghetti Western films. He first appeared in A Fistful of Dollars (1964).
His most iconic appearance is arguably in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (1966), where he is known as "Blondie", or "The Good." He's a resourceful bounty hunter who forms an uneasy alliance with Tuco (Eli Wallach) in search of buried Confederate gold.
Eastwood's portrayal defines the character as a taciturn, skilled gunslinger with a strong moral code despite operating outside the law. The Man With No Name is often considered an archetype of the anti-hero in Western cinema.
